Our stay at Comfortable Modern Home was fantastic. We booked last minute due to a family emergency and the host was extremely helpful and responsive. The location was great and the free parking was a huge convenience. The bedroom was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking. The host, Candice, was friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant.

Stayed at Comfortable Modern Home in the heart of Cheltenham. Free parking meant extra cash for shopping! The room was clean and comfortable.
Loved sharing the bathroom with strangers - so refreshing to see other people's belongings everywhere. Not deluxe at all!

The apartment was super comfortable and squeaky clean, with a jaw-dropping central location. Candice, the host, was mind-blowingly helpful, friendly, and organized. The fully equipped kitchen exceeded expectations, and I loved the convenience of the electric kettle and cookware. The free wi-fi and flat-screen TV were a nice touch. The express check-in/-out was a breeze, and the no-smoking policy was a breath of fresh air. Can't wait to book again in March!
